Lindi Colyer
Founder and Director
Lindi brings over 15 years of lived experience supporting children impacted by trauma and emotional dysregulation. As a foster and adoptive parent of children with complex emotional needs, she has navigated complex behavioral challenges, trauma-informed care, and educational advocacy firsthand—giving her a deep, empathetic understanding of the systems and supports that children and families truly need to thrive.
Her professional work with Kaleo and Pontiac Youth Theatre, youth arts programming in Pontiac, Michigan, reflects her strong commitment to fostering growth, well-being, and community. Lindi is passionate about making trauma-informed, restorative practices accessible to all, with a focus on supporting healing and wholeness in children and families.
